the quarry's sun exposition and the depth of
the layers : the first ones are yellow, come
next the grey ones ending with the blue ones.
Nevertheless the profile section of the building
and paving stone is always blue-grey coloured.

Paving
stones are gauged immediately after extraction
and classified by thickness : 2 to 9 cm.
Building stones are conditioned according to
their direct purpose : proper and large construction
stones or smaller wall building stones.
